[7.10] boso offers start of QUE questline, even though i've finished QUE quest chains

I did quests in this order (terran cadet start):

- discovered QUE sector, did grandmother up to 'find PHQ part'
- did PHQ quest chain and saved boso
- finished grandmother quest

However, then i've got intro QUE quest, with objective talk to boso ta. Because quest chain is complete, talking to him only gets 'hello' dialog and quest doesn't finish.

So end result is being stuck with QUE intro quest in quest log that can't be completed.
