I have performed the Reflective Cloud Particles project 3 times but it only reduced the temp by 1 tick. This is on the Black Hole Sun planet which IIRC starts with 1 red box in temp. I got it down to orange with the first project but the subsequent 2 seem to have done nothing. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Moved to the correct forum. Please provide the information requested in the forum rules, including a savegame. We can't diagnose whether something is a "bug" or not from a screenshot.
