Can I run X4 on my ****** Nvidia 710M 1GB VRAM
(Idk how but some games like Destiny and GTA are running without problems on this card)

You require at least 3 GB of dedicated video memory to run at 1080p. 1GB is almost certainly not enough. If It does run it will be very buggy.

Older games, and also optimized for consoles which have limited video memory. X4 could also be optimized to use less video memory but the developers are a lot smaller than those who made Destiny or GTA.
