[1.32] AI Collect Drops

Hi

If you select one of your ships captained by the AI, and tell it to "Collect Drops", it will fly around and collect items such as Tuning software, unstable crystals and space fly eggs and so on.
But, they don't show up in your inventory, or anywhere else. So how does this works, or is it a bug?

I think collect drops is only for cargo. I can collect cargo with this command.

Inventory is your personal item list that you have collected or traded for yourself in person; if you want to allow your NPCs to stock up on inventory instead of yourself then that is very generous of you, but that doesn't give you access to their items. That is how it is configured at present; whether that will ever change is unknown.

this has been broken since release, submitted a bug report myself before first patch.
