Nova Torpedo Bug ????

I noticed that when point blank shooting torpedo will lock all controls. Pretty much I cant do anything and ships becomes siting duck until it gets blown up. I also have game modified with CWR so I cant say 100% it is vanilla bug....
It's not world hunger because we can't feed poor,it's because there will never be enough to feed the rich .....

It is the same in vanilla, well known and has often been reported. Example previous thread and another but with some workarounds.
