Maaan this looks great, like a refreshed X3, less gray with more vibrant colors. Can't wait to launch new adventures with this mod.

I'm currently installing XRM with Lost Colony expansion, is this mod going to work with LoCo (new sectors)?

Second question, is this mod for TC as well?

1) Maybe yes, but I must check source files of LC exp. If LC doesn't change some textures, it could be fine.... :-)

2) Yes of course. TC or AP (99% same textures). But check instalation manual on my web. (scroll down) ;-) For TC you'll add files of this mod to main folder of the game. For AP you'll add these files to addon folder...

LC is very small in size, like a few megabytes overall and all sectors are a combination of existing backgrounds

IMPORTANT MESSAGE


On the 30th of August I'll issue some patches:



1) For both existing versions (Original and LU)

2) New versions for XRM and IEX (with original nebulas / with nebulas from IEX - without change)


So five patches will be released.
(compatibility repairs, new main picture, new enhanced hazes of planets, new reworked texture for standard "terran" planets and maybe something else :D )

1) Patch 1.4.9.
2) Patch 1.1.7. for X3 Rebalance Mod
3) Patch 1.1.8. for Immersive Environments
4) Patch 1.1.8. for Immersive Environments – With IEX Nebulas
5) Patch 1.4.10. for Litcube's Universe

Thanks for the updates x3-AmModer! Your mod really breathes fresh life into this game.

I use XRM, IE and IEX. Thanks to the patching efforts of Mythrantar it is now possible to play a game with all these installed (check out his sig in https://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php ... &start=105). In that case which of your patches is the recommended one to use?

Good question... :D . You must use both patches (for XRM and for IE). But I must check priority of textures in XRM and IE.

For now try this:
1) Core of X3 Resurrection
2) IE patch
3) XRM patch

But I think it will not work because this is two different Mods and every this mod has different menu, hazes of planets and textures of some planets. It depends if fusion of XRM and IE prefer textures of XRM or IE.... I must extract source files of this "fusion mod" and check it...

I'm working on an add-on that would contain noticeable improvements to planets, moons and suns.

For now, everything is in the testing and development phase.

If everything will go well, I will let you know ... ;-)

Looking good so far, although I'd suggest not adding more saturation to backgrounds, planets and stars. Too much glow also looks so unnatural, especially in low orbit sectors - Seizewell for example.

Also found non aligned backgrounds, applies only to this multi colored nebula.

I will create next patches to 20.9.2017. Some patches will be fusioned... This two repairs (haze and background) will be added.

I checked the nebula and there is mistake in original files. Bad visible, but with enhance the nebula the mistake grow up...

Old version of X3 Resurrection was deleted. I reuploaded new updated on 1.5.0. So if you already have downloaded old version, you do not have to download the main big file of this mod again, I prepared separate patch 1.5.0. for you.

There is also a new way of sorting:

1) Main files of this mod, version 1.5.0.
2) Compatibility pack for your instaled mod (XRM, LU), *



If you already have main big files of old version and you don´t want download it again, use this way of sorting:

1) Main files of this mod, old version

The new Terran textures are fantastic (White /Blue) I love this :D

Howerver could you take a look on Argon Ship textures? They have Blue Parts( guns and engines --> Phantom and ohter Ships ,could you fix that ?

Thank you for bug hunt. You have true, there is problem with this texture, but I don't know why? In original game and in other mods work this texture well, only in LU is this "blue problem". It isn't only one texture, but more. I will must test it and then add repaired textures to LU compatibility pack....
