I wonder if he has not been sick a while, I know they said heart failure but the statement from the family was 'he died peacefully' which sounds allot more like they knew it was coming, rather than a sudden heart attack, possible he had Aids, he had pneumonia a while back which is a common problem that crops up with Aids.

I bought her latest book a few weeks back, have yet to read it.
Her 'Postcards from the Edge' is the one I read first, in the nineties, a semi-autobiographical story that had quite an impact on me, more than I thought it would.
