Only one that equips the skunk a little so getting there wouldn't take so long and one that added a temp id upon docking on the station, so i didn't have to look for all the pieces to craft one.Xenon_Slayer wrote:And this game never had mods?
Finding those things can take forever sometimes. ^^
Trading with warehouses seems to be a little cheaty to me.
I just bought 250k medical supplies at a warehouse (HoL) for 50m, sold it back to the same warehouse for 80m and once i checked my trades i saw it selling the same 250k medic supplies for 50m again.
So i guess one can basicly buy and sell those 250k medical supplies until being filthy rich. ^^
Edit: Whoa, it just hit me. Pls tell me that u guys didn't remove the crafting mats for the temp id on warehouses to prevent the player from hacking things? xD
If so i'm terribly sorry for wasting ur time although the cheaty trading part might be worth looking into.
Edit2:
And i found another issue. Not sure if its only limited to warehouses.
Upon unlocking a discount duo to the talking minigame (used a gift for that one) wares sold and bought are made cheaper, so the player gets less money for his wares when selling them if he has a discount on that station.
Working (and paying) in order to receive less money is kinda amazing. xd

Happy to help. Pls take a look at the other issues though, the first seems quite game breaking.
1. Constant reselling goods at a warehouse possible (buy cheap, sell expensive, repeat)
2. Discounts lower sell value. (miner issue, since it only applies to warehouses i believe)
It's simply not fun if a player has to check which market offers he has to avoid in order not to cheat himself money. :/

Hi,
there is a mechanism in place that allows us to lock the prices for the trade wares on these stations to the average price, eliminating that profit opportunity, however that hasn't been enabled for the warehouses. While it's as easy as flipping a switch on the technical level the impact this would have on the economy needs to be evaluated carefully, so it's not something we're inclined to change hastily.
As for the discounts, that is somewhat related but only really works well with the above mentioned average price locking. The idea is that you can't buy at a discount and sell back at the regular price which would create the same 'repeated sell-back with constant profit' scenario even if the above feature were enabled.
