What's up with this latest forum update ?
Obviously related to this uplink thing. But top100 ? Me ? Is it bugged, or am I really somehow part of this top ? :roll:

Edit: oh wait, seems I'm #87 on the list of 'credits won by blackjack'. That's a prestigious one :)

News to me. Must have been a secret update!

Personally, I don't like them (particularly given the number of ways it's possible to cheat/exploit for the uplink stats).

EDIT: Curious, I don't even remember uploading any stats. Unless it was X3R, maybe...

You can tell I don't often read the news. :p

X-News says silver is for top 10 but the ToolTip/RollOver note says it's for top 100.

How long does it take to show up? Don't I get a medal just for uploading anything at all? :D

iirc, it takes a few days for new uploads to show up in the stats, so I assume the medals would be similar.

Alot of people with top 3 gold medals....took a while to find common nominator for that one.

139 players have 100% Boarding efficiency :o

....I think I'd prefer a reward system like the 360's achievements.

To be honest, I think they're a bad idea and think they'll only foster the same kind of attitude you get on other forums.
