Probably yes. Try to use this sequence:

1) Litcube's Universe
2) Star Wars LU v.
3) X3 Resurrection mod
4) Compatibility pack for LU
5) Patch 3.3 for LU

But textures of SW ships will not be changed.

I just installed your mod using Litcube's Universe.

I would like to be able to use LU's GUI. I ran the program to choose the GUI (from LU). However when I run the game, I still get your GUI.
Don't get me wrong, I think it looks good, but I am going for the green look as much as possible.

How can I use the LU GUI?

Hello. Please don't hate me for this mod mess that I want to make out of my game.

Is this mod compatible with :

TC Plots in AP +
IE +
XRM ?

And if yes, what should be the definite order of install ?

So far , without your mod, my install order is :
01-04 EGOSOFT stuff
05 IE
06 IEX
07 XRM (1)
08 XRM (2)
09 TCAP
10 XRMi-TCAP

Sorry man, but I haven't time for this now (find the problem, testing, new patch). I am really very busy - too much work. But as soon as I will have more time for, I will look at it....

I never hating anyone 😉. My mod is only graphic mod, so simply give it on the end and use all compatibility packs for mod's you want to use. So :

05 - XX) These are your mods, you want to use
XX+1) X3 Resurrection (main part)
XX+2) Compatibility pack(s) for your mod(s) (IE/IEX, XRM), use both of them, order doesn't matter
XX+3) Latest Patch


This mod changes only graphic part of the game, so the plots are untouched.

Too bad that the bug with the backgrounds was never fixed. I wanted to use Resurrection with XRM.

This is the default load order:

19	X3 Resurrection - A Graphics Mod 3.0 XRM Compatibility

but it has a clearly visible line across the whole sector horizon on the background picture. It is best visible in Paranid space, like Paranid Prime.

I had to change the load order to this:

This switches back to default XRM backgrounds which don't have this line.

If anyone could explain what the source of the issue is, I'd try to fix it.

I am running x3 AP without any mods, only several scripts, which patch should I install?

The version for XRM, Xtended and others or none at all?

Hello.

I wasn't here for a long time, but better late than never.

So.... the link is all right, I don't know, where was the problem, but it was probably an exceptional case.

If you don't use any other mods, you simply don't need any compatibility packs. You will download only main files of X3-Ressurection + actual patch. That's all. :)

No problem at all :)

I was just asking which patch to use for non MODded X3AP, I went ahead and used the "Download for XRM, XTENDED and Others" option, the "others" hint made my question a bit redundant. I only asked to make sure.

So...

I checked the contents of the new X³: Farnham's Legacy files (Cat and Dat files) and I found that it is NOT compatible with X3 - RESURRECTION. I must create new compatibility pack (not patch) for Farnham's Legacy and it will take much more time than I expected. I'll see how much time I will have in summer, but I promise nothing. There is a certain probability that X3 - RESURRECTION will never support Farnham's Legacy.

Under the 'Compatibility pack for XRM' the downloaded file is actually named XTM - is this a typo? The Installer doesn't recognise it. Should I just rename it to XRM?

Trying to find a patch for this for X3 AP but i cant find any due to the website being down, the only patches i can find are for X3TC :(
