Or at least fix him.

And another thing , I play a lot with the Viper Mk2 , any chance of an enchanced version to save me some tears , and in general please give some love to the fighters with more variants we can discover with those nice events you put in the mod, I like those very much!

Hmm, that's odd. I've never had that problem in the latest version. Are you sure that the health threshold for Scar/Red Baron is not lower this time around (i.e. Lower his health to 80% or something) ?

Also, not sure about adding a Viper Mk III (as thats basically what you're asking for) because it was being saved for the Total Conversion mod. However, said mod is on official hold until X4 comes out so thats why i said im not sure as Miles hasnt said whether or not the Mk III model was ever completed before going on modeling hiatus.

I dont think the BSG mod was ever really balanced for solo fighter play, considering the whole premise of the show (centering around Battlestars and Vipers) So really, i dont know if you can really go around with just a Mk II.

Yeah thats the "essential" Thresshold , Galactica , Pegasus and Defender had it at the 1st event in the Excalibur Sector too , 93%.

What I say doesn't happen all the time , last night I saved after the encounter has started , it happened the 1st time as I described previously but when I reloaded the game , when it was down to Scar and me and I chewed his shields , he left.

So maybe its a seed thing?

In my point of view this whole game is anti fighter not just the mod and when I look at the forums most people want to play with the big ships like Athena or Cygnus , it needs some stuff , but I am not saying that you should be able to take out whole fleets with just one fighter , even though I take out big ships like M2s and M1s by hiding in turret blind spots and firing away , even though it would be cool if you could destroy turrets and other parts like Rebirth and I hope thats a feature that stays in X4.

In BSG online there is an "Advanced" Version , also in this mod there are advanced or enchanced versions of a few crafts , so why not?

Terran Mission Stuck

Hi guys I am loving your mod.

I am having an issue though during the Terran missions. I am supposed to deliver 100 squash mines and get the experimental shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle is just sitting in space near the pirate base and when I deliver the mines nothing happens. Therefore I am stuck. I have tried reloading saves, running the clock. Nothing happens the shuttle just sits in space.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Yes, you should extract the folders into their X3 counterparts so the addon folder stuff in the mod should merge into your X3 addon folder, soundtrack folder should merge with X3 soundtrack folder, etc.. Be sure to make backups of files that it replaces (soundtrack and addon/loadscr are the only folders i think that BSG files actually replaces anything but i havent checked)

You'll know if you've done this right once you start up X3APs launcher and can select BSG mod, the loading screen picture is of Galactica and the fleet and the main menu has BSG styled music and Colonial ships(Like Galactica) flying by.
I have done exactly this and the mod is not showing up in the list... Is there something I'm missing?

EDIT: I got it to work, but I had to take the mod's .cat and .dat files, move them one directory up (into x3/addon) and make them into a fake patch by renaming them to be the highest number in the folder.

Is it possible to play this mod with the CODEA and the MEFOS Weapon systems? They add a lot of depth to the game and I really love themand wouldnt like to loose them as they would be perfect for BSG.

Decided to play the mod anyway. Tol and I'm doing something wrong, or briefings without text, completely broken.

Mission to collect containers: it is not clear what to do because the briefing does not display text.

Hi Folks,

Still playing this awesome mod, and a bit of a newbie. I've noticed in other threads that the Flattop can be used to repair damaged ships with silicone and ore as a resource. The thread refers to a "repair key" in BSG. Link: viewtopic.php?t=261806

"Dynamic repair menu available when commanding the Flattop using the BSG hotkey"

But I just can't work it out. Is it a repair key under the interface menu that doesn't exist in this version? Or does it appear under the command console > custom > special when you have a damaged ship and resources on board? Like piracy appears under the right conditions.

Amazing that I'm still discovering things about this mod, and it really doesn't have the recognition it deserves.

Also if someone knows of a better/more recent version of this mod please let me know, I've been meaning to start a new playthrough but I ran out of mods to play
