Edit: In fact no, all I had to was to post a bug report for the issue to fix itself.

My game freezes at the end of the E/I feature with XM-R installed (and only with XM-R installed, I checked that to not post another non-existant bug report).
Is there something special to do after updating LU ?

I've uploaded my export file in case someone want to check if it's the cause of the bug or not: http://www.huillam.net/8382-L044.7z

Considering Mayhem just got updated I imagine that XM-R may not be compatible with LU 1.7.0.

I just wanted to say I love this mod.
The Heavy Convoy and Deadly Skirmish missions make for some amazing fights. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of flying an M3 between slugging M2's before

So I started a new game with this mod, because... while LU is interesting it lacks mission variety (I.e. only kill this, defend this, buy this, take me, and scan asteroid) and I forgot build station.

I went around several sectors.... no jobs seem to pop up at all!!
The only way X-series could get better, is if they allow planetary landing as well! When do you think that'll happen?

Did you unlock the right race's missions?

I wasn't aware of this step, or that you even had to more than just activate the mod. I didn't see anything about that on the page, or readme's

Even if I didn't activate the mod via artificial life settings... no jobs pop up at all :?:

It's in the perk tree. You have to unlock the missions with perks you get from doing missions

Ah thanks for the tip....
However there's still no jobs whatsoever.
Things didn't do:
the loot package mod.
I chose leave me alone.

Shame this mod is broken. Would be nice to have jobs other than the vanilla.

Well I switched argon race (since I spawned in argon territory, vanilla LU spawn) with my one perk. I hovered around Argon prime to see if it would spawn a job, it didn't. Then I wen to herron's neb. or the wall... and howevered around no jobs popped up. Then I went back to Arg. prime... same problem. It's like when I do the false patch install this mod... all job offers shut down no matter what I do.
*only other mod I have is an expansion on starts*

It works fairly well, all menus pop up. However, for some reason jobs never pop up.
The only way X-series could get better, is if they allow planetary landing as well! When do you think that'll happen?

Vanilla jobs are removed with this mod.

Jobs don't appear as vanilla ones but inside your job manager, and you must have at least a reputation of 2, and it can take some time to appear the first times.

So you have to trade etc. to raise reputation to begin with?
The only way X-series could get better, is if they allow planetary landing as well! When do you think that'll happen?

So a quick question about the broke hacker start, where can you get a hacking console from? Do you need to get it from the workshop is is it available for purchase elsewhere? It seems kinda silly to me that you don't at least start out with one on your ship.

@ evildog112: That start comes with owning a Data Relay special station which will allow you the one-time choice to go down the (harder) station hacking path rather than doing ship hacking with it.

Yes but you still need a hacking console to do anything with it.
