So it looks like the ESA is looking to recruit some new astronauts, particularly looking for women to apply. Shockingly, ( perhaps ) even disabled people.

The agency will also launch the Parastronaut Feasibility Project for future astronauts with physical disabilities.
Not sure I like them, if they choose any, being called parastronauts though...
