Boba Fett actor Jeremy Bulloch has died aged 75. Seemingly he was suffering from Parkinson's for some time now. Just after his character was introduced in the Mandalorian too.

May the force be with you, R.I.P. Jeremy.

Shocking how many celebrities made their final bow in 2020.

The most notable names, including some very, very young ones...
“Man, my poor head is battered,” Ed said.

“That explains its unusual shape,” Styanar said, grinning openly now. “Although it does little to illuminate just why your jowls are so flaccid or why you have quite so many chins.”

“I…” Had she just called him fat? “I am just a different species, that’s all.”

“Well nature sure does have a sense of humour then,” Styanar said. “Shall we go inside? It’d not be a good idea for me to be spotted by others.”

That is quite shocking, and many of those names I know. May they all rest in peace :(

The Charlie's Angels star, Tanya Roberts, was reported to have died. (I remember her from the Beastmaster)

or perhaps not.

Can you imagine? Her agent announces her death, likely the way family and friends first heard, and then had to say later that 'she's not quite dead yet.'

Horrid!

Her death is now confirmed. Poor woman got to star in one final drama care of her agent and partner. At least she can rest in peace now.

What is it with Babylon 5? IIRC that's the *seventh* major cast member from that series who's died, whereas Star Trek: TNG and DS9 (which were both around the same time) have had *one* of theirs die (Rene Auberjonois passed last year). Anyway, very sad news--I can still remember her announcement to the ships who were trying to take Babylon 5 for President Clark:

"Negative, ma'am, this is our juridisdiction. Do not force us to engage your ship."
"Why not? Only one human captain has ever survived an encounter with a Minbari fleet. He is behind me. You are in front of me. If you value your lives--be somewhere else."

It does seem that the series has lived under a curse. Which is a pity, as I still rate the series to be far higher then the ST series. But she was a fabulous actress, and she played her part well. So again, really sad news.

Larry King has just died after losing his battle with Covid-19. Fought and won plenty of other medical battles, but this was one fight too many. :(

Sky News Article.

That was indeed an epic moment. RIP.

Started B5 rewatch this afternoon, after hearing the sad news.Aaways thought the 1st season was weak, but seems better this time around. I also didn't remember David McCallum being in a episode.

Captain Sir Tom Moore has lost his fight with Covid-19. He can rest easy. He's done more in his 100 years than most of us could do if we were granted a thousand. An amazing man.

Rest In Peace Sir Tom.

Christopher Plummer, British actor, has died: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-55954950

The article claims he was best known for The Sound Of Music. Never seen it myself. I remember him best from The Royal Hunt Of The Sun.

Edit: Apparently he was Canadian. Apologies for that.

So did I. Many a teenage moment I spent in the company of his magazines.
I can't breathe.
