theres no guarentee that they will work togther, and infact some will prolly conflict.

Do i understand right that these mods listed here: http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php? ... 31#1188531 and the below ones don't conflict by files and stuff being used (although they may by game play)?

that list is basically the list of every script that authors have added.

none of them are checked if they work together they are just listed.

the resources lists display what resources are being used by those scripts, ie, files, wares, command slots, etc

so when multiple scripts on that list use the same resources, then there will be a conflict and most likly not work together.

but its not to say that scripts that dont share resources will work happily with each other.

if your worried about compatability with other scripts, its best to look through the posts of that script or simply ask in those posts

Ok, thanks for the information. I think i just download the scripts i see that don't conflict with the commands being used and try my luck :P

The thread of the mod "Khaak Intruder Mod" by Apricotslice is non-existent/deleted. I couldn't find it with the "Extra Search"; the broken link is:

A script that returns the size of any IS object (of course =) but also every OOS ship/station as well as the size of any ship/station type so it is not even required to have an actual object.

Is there any particular reason the library links for signed scripts point to the old versions and not the 'Bonus plugin' threads? It seems like a potential source of confusion (CAG being a recent case in point).

@Carlo: No reason AFAIK, except ... I do know for a fact that CAG, CLS, and DWM do have unsigned versions that are newer versions than the signed ones. The english versions of the unsigned threads have not been updated though, but they do (IIRC) have links to the german threads. The german versions of the threads for the signed versions cleverly point to the corresponding unsigned german threads, but that obviously would not work here.

For the scripts where the signed version is the latest a link update could make sense.

Maybe a clarification in the first post is in order (e.g. 'For scripts from the Bonus Pack, use the link from the bonus pack thread in the main forum').

Probably no-one would notice it, but you never know :).
