there are 3 files:
TWareT.pck
TWareT.txt
hq.xml

what files are really needed in this folder?

The fact is that there are 2 identical files in the folder. One TXT another PCK. One of them has priority and is superfluous.
Can't tell for the XML file.

Therefore, the question arose, since it is strange when 2 identical files lie side by side.

Hello! I just created a fresh install of the X3TC and extracted NHTC v.3.0. When I run the game and select "Enable New Horizons", I don't see an option for NHTC with the cockpits like in v2.2. Were the dynamic cockpits removed from v3.0?

The installation process is described in the English forum viewtopic.php?f=94&t=375709.
* Backup your saves (just in case)
* Make a new clean installation of X3 Terran Conflict (it's better that way)
* If necessary, patch your X3TC up to 3.2
* Install the All-in-One Bonus Package 4.1.01 (it's easy to forget, but you can't do without)
* Unzip NHTC in your X3TC installation folder, overwrite existing files
* Start the game, go to "enable New Horizons"
* Select "NH TC" or "NH TC Cockpits" depending on whether you want to play with or without cockpits, then confirm (saves are compatible between the two options, you can change any time you wish by returning to this menu)
* Play!
* If you have saves from a previous version of NHTC, they are compatible despite the many additions of this new version!
Tell me please, is this item relevant? Or Bonus Pack can not be installed?

* Install the All-in-One Bonus Package 4.1.01 (it's easy to forget, but you can't do without)

And a question for MARSS - can it be installed with NG?

One more question, if you don't mind.

Maybe in your drafts, or your own plot text files, there are notes on which text should be spoken.

It is very difficult to search for text in the game, going through the plot, especially since not all dialogue options can be seen.

There are some comments in the lyrics, this can help a little.
But there are meeting screensavers, videos where there is no sound and it is not clear what text or dialogue is going on with these screensavers.

If you happen to provide such data, it would help.
