Any chance bugs will be patched?

I love this game and put sooo many hours into it, I wish I could play it forever. Sadly, my unmodified game got to a point where it inevitably freezes with no way to recover.

I tried playing around with the video settings, updating my graphics card, resetting all ship commands and nothing has helped.

I tried moving on and playing X4 and just couldn't get into it. I like to play with the official patch only so I can get achievements, but I even tried the unofficial patch and the game still freezes. I lost all hope.

Is there any chance devs will ever try to fix this game?

EDIT - Seems this bug might be related to carrier software issue. After sending an m3 to repair in HQ and as soon as it returns to the M1 and the command reads "none", the game freezes.

I'm on day 104 and have no issues.
