Potentially resolved: MK3 Trader stuck in refueling/selling energy cells loop.

My mk3 trader keeps refueling and then selling the energy cells it bought to refuel

Am I missing something?

Edit: disabled emergency jump and it appears to function properly again.

Edit edit: setting emergency jumps to on but fuel supply to 0 also appears to work.
