[BUG] Empire Net Worth Station Calculation

The Empire Net Worth overview for stations does not include upgrade kits, which considerably undervalues them.

For example, a Chip Plant XXL is considered to be worth 5.5 million, presumably because that is the cost of the original station. The upgrade kits to reach XXL are worth 28 million, making its actual cost 33.5 million. So, it's undervalued by over 6x.
