Did you take into consideration the dynamic HSAP sectors that can vary from game to game?

There are all possible sectors in the map. You will not see every one of those sectors in your game.
You can see this best by looking for sanctuary of darkness: You will see it twice on the map. Those are the two possible locations but only one will be active in your game

Are there any brand new sectors in FL compared to AP? I don't mean the TOA sectors, but brand new sectors that betty pronounces?
