Dismantling at Spacelab?

Can I dismantle a particle acc. cannon to learn the blueprint? What can be reverse engineered? I noticed that ships can be reverse engineered, but what about weapons and shields?

Only ships can be reverse engineered.

stations, equipment and wares need to be unlocked via blueprints
