A True Monster. The name WAX just came to mind dunno why way back in Reunion.
Housing has room for expansion if you wish.
Somewhat easy to duplicate segments of the build.
Over storage. Storage are in groups. If you stuck during terraforming the last segment of Solid and Liquid can be disconnected / moved and reconnected to flush quarter of stored commodities. There is an individual wing for Container storage.
Intermediates usually contains 40 modules
End products usually contains 20 modules
Terran production line is overkill
Solar Power can fill even a million fast. Storage allocation is highly recommended.
NO FOOD FACTORY
Argon Medical supply production is not calculated.
Enough docks.
Because I was amateur when it started some modules have weapons. Weapon platforms mostly for aesthetic purposes.
Can produce 64 drones for terraforming. Plenty of shipyards.
The PLAN can not be made with the new rules of factory building.

When you jump the place you may consider to go +y around 60km with the nav beacon. There is an extended dock to counter balance obvious FPS concerns. I'm not expecting anyone to actually build this. Even with the 1 minute mod / Modules can take days. Because it was re built 2-3 times it won't produce early. A bit of correction. There is the original single SM dock with solar panel and perhaps with some storage. You can find it in the "piano" like structure.

I think Egosoft has already worked out our doom, because Xenon AI will reach the stars! :D
