PHQ Factory Complex

I wanted to build a PHQ from scratch to Complex which can run self- sufficient without deleting modules over and over again
wait for a stage to be completed before building next

the 4 and 5 come up with an error now "missing,old or disabled extentions: -variety and rebalance overhaul (ws_1696862840-2.32) missing could you possdibly make new copies please

This ist not needed:
Open die xml file with an editor (Notepad++) an delete the 3 Lines with patch at the beginning. Save. Now you can import.

I have noticed that when i went from HQ1 to HQ 2 it removed and then rebuit the older modules. is this normal?

Or is this caused by the recycle extension?

noticed the same, wondering if the crash while building was because of '"removing unknown module" and "building unknown module".. :|
