Thanks for sharing. Only question I have is what size plot do I need to fits these into?

I allways start with a 10 x 10 x 10. Just for the freedom at the begining of the design stage.
Some like the Compact Wharf ought to fit in side a 2 x 2 x 2 or smaller !
I did load a massive build into a 1 x 1 x 1 early in the X4 begining, not sure if that can still be done.
The Fort Vault needs a 10 x 10 x 10
The Narrow shipyard may fit into a 4 or 5 wide plot but will need 10 high.
I did read that you can alter a plot size later, But i am not sure if that is correct.

Some of the builds have extra stuff added that is not nessessery, i put stuff on just for the look, and omit a lot of conectors.
Many strorage modules nest within the same space, so may look small, yet have 3 / 4 / 5 / or six giving ample storage.
This extra storage can be made null, in the Locic overview. by setting the allocated space for each product thus giving room for expanding later. and not having to waist money trying to fill the whole lot in the begining !

I personally tested 6 or 7 imported builds into the 2x2 2x2 2x2 and then adjusting the plot size after and buying the new/proper sized plot.

I like the vertical consept!
