3 station plots, building a single solar power plant, construction storage prefilled with the required wares.
Send one builder per plot, using 100, 10 and 0 construction drones.
Time needed to construct the single power plant:
100 drones (30 used): 13 minutes
10 drones (10 used): >45 minutes
0 drones (0 used): 13 minutes

Known and reported in versions before, although probably quite unintended and so still a bug. Link.
