I can laod up this save and the result is different every time, but mostly my ship tends to bounce off those prongs that stick out of an accelerator and then the ship tries to recover by flying through the side structure of the entrance .. Your mileage may vary

Reproducing this without my save .. Pick a sector where its exit is an accelerator, but the entry gate is circa 90 degrees to the side of the accelerator so your ship fly's to and approaches it from the side.
With 6.0 betas I no longer get stuck inside gate structures when this happens.
Could the aim point of approach to these accelerators be somewhere further out in front of the gate?, so our ships have space and time to turn and always enter from the front of it.
