I actually posted about this a while ago on Discord, but didn't file a bug report at the time. Seeing as the issue has been around since the very first release of CoH, I think the saying is "better late than never", right?
Long story short, there's either a texture mapping bug or an issue with the module's 3D model at the ingress and egress points for station traffic, causing the textures to look like shown in the image.
Steps to repoduce:
1. Start a new game or load any save, enter any TER (or PIO) sector, look for any station that has the L Liquid Storage, find its ingress and egress points, realize the texture's borked.

In a discoverer sentinel right in front of the entrance to the L Liquid Storage of PIO spacelab in Segaris.
Taken in RC1 on Linux. Flying to the other side of the storage module you will see the exit as well.
