50 to 5 FPS on an RTX 4080 near Teladi Trading Station 6b7

I've got an RTX 4080 and while the FPS normally is quite smooth (thank you!), flying too close to the spinning ring of the Teladi Trading Station brings my FPS way all the way down to 5 using beta 7 with no mods.
