[RES][#986][6.0 Beta 7] Blank rebates in terraforming projects - fixed after beta 7

[RES][#986][6.0 Beta 7] Blank rebates in terraforming projects - fixed after beta 7

Save

- Go to "Terraforming"
- Click on "Von-Neumann Constructors" or "Factories"
- The 3rd rebate entry for these projects is a blank string, but show respectively 20% and 10% rebates.

My game uses English, not sure if this is filled out in other languages.
