V6.00 BETA 7: Unable to connect online to Egosoft in-game.

I'm not sure if the cause of it is on BETA 7 or some parallel work done by Egosoft.

The bottom line is that ever since I downloaded BETA 7 I can not connect with Egosoft on line from the menu in four different operating systems!!!
1. Windows 11
2. Linux Manjaro
3. Linux Ubuntu 20.4 LTS
4. Linux Ubuntu 22.4 LTS

Note, I do not believe that this originates from Steam, cause Manjaro has it's own inside Steam interface...
