6.00 Beta 6 Unexpected AI Navigation through The Void

Veles Vanguard (UQA-068) full of Antimatter Converters bound for Antigone Memorial Shipyard. Rather than the expectd path Second Contact Flashpiont, West across the Void to Antigone Memorial The pilot has taken an unexpected detour south in The Void.
Exposing more of the map than expected but revelaing a Xenon Defence platform in the process.

No Overriding behavour is apparent (fleeing etc). The Veles has a return trip planned to collect and Deliver Smart Chips to Antingone Memorial Shipyard are Wharf after the Antimatter Converters

Had you fully discovered the gate to Antigone Memorial while the other Void gate had been discovered, and do you have any blacklistings for traders (trading and/or transit) in force?

Had not explored the south end of The Void prior. Just west to east for the Antigone Memorial Trade lane. and North to expose the Getsu Fune Gate.
No black lists in force.

The wandering exposed the gate to Frontier's Edge and the Xenon Defence platform.

From the point of the save on the Veles continued south west for a few more kms and then turn north to it's intended destination.

Thanks. Might it be that the Veles is avoiding hazardous areas (even if exaggeratedly so) since the hazards apply both IS and OOS, but perhaps in a slightly different layout or manner for each?

Possible. The Xenon had increased activity in the area. I'd fought a few raiding parties around the Second Contact Flashpoint Gate 1hr 9 minutes before. According to the log from Scorpion XNP-360 (Heading back to the void in the save)

So getting a flee override from a Xenon S-M sized ship is a possiblity or the hazard avoidance your suggsting.

I learn later there are a few larger Xenon Ships in the Void as well
