[5.10 RC1] Teuta ignores blacklist settings - Misunderstanding.

Hi,

Have an issue where I have a teuta with both sector activities and sector travel set to only be in the silent witness sectors.

It is set to autosalvage.

However it keeps going into hatickvahs choice and getting shot down. This doesn't seem to effect any other ships who obey the black lists.

Teuta in question is "SW Recycler (PWP-305)"

Your ship has Second Contact as anchor, if you set it to Silent Witness it should not go out.

ahh I'm an idiot, I misread Second Contact XI as Silent Witness XI.
