[5.0 Beta 1] Modified warning popping up for budgeted starts - Identified as -prefersinglefiles issue.

Hi,

The new modified game popup warning is showing for unmodified games that were created with the budgeted start.
It will come back from time to time during the same playthrough, possibly every 10~20 minutes.

I tried with an old save and also with a brand new budgeted start, only modifying reputation with some factions and leaving the rest untouched.

- Start the game
- Load the save
- Play for a while (that's the annoying part I guess), I think it needs you at the command of a ship as well.

I timed one re-occurance after 7 minutes.
It looks like some player input might trigger it as I was sometime AFK and I don't recall returning to the computer and seeing the message.
I'll continue testing to see if I can isolate the trigger.

I've just started the game, launched a new game (Young Gun) and the message popped before the end of the intro.
Will do a check on my files and check any potential mod files leftover in folders.

I think this might be caused by the custom music as per this article https://www.egosoft.com:8444/confluence ... Game+Music
I removed the -prefersinglefiles in the launch options and so far, I had no popup.

I want to confirm that my savegame doesn't show any modified tag, as expected with this.

I just read the beta forum rules and saw the mention of -prefersinglefiles, sorry I missed that.

I would be interested to know if this scenario (having -prefersinglefiles for music purposes) will still be evaluated for that feature (or maybe an option to disable popups?).

Also please modify the topic title accordingly as it doesn't reflect the issue anymore.

Looks like this is also fixed in beta 5.
I put back the -prefersinglefiles and hasn't experienced the popup after several hours.
