2.50 Beta 6 - GOP Fleet Ignores HOP Stations

Bug: Go to Pious Mists II and you notice 2 HOP Stations in Godrealm of the Paranid Territory and a Large GOP Paranid Fleet on patrol, yet they wont go after those HOP Stations in their Space.
Thought they were at war? Doesn't seem like it.

This is a general issue with all factions. Keeps them from cleaning up Xenon Defense Stations too.

Plug in the "faction fix" mod, and all of a sudden factions start caring about what's in their space. Why this hasn't been enabled yet, I don't know.

Probably because it isn't simply "enabling" some behavior. I had to fix or implement a half dozen different things to get it to work semi-reliably and it's still a ways from ideal.

They're not even fighting enemy ships, they just have free reign to do what they like in space.

If the enemy ships are trade ships that's by design. The default faction relations for non-Xenon enemies are set to "killmilitary" so outside of direct war actions they won't attack economic ships.

They wont even do that. I sat for several hours on Seta watching 10-20 HOP Fighters buzzing around the Jump gates of Pious Mist, with 2 Factories in Paranid Space near the Jumpgate to their territory with a PAR Armada consisting of a Carrier and about 8 Destroyers in the same region, they fly right past each other and don't fight. I witnessed this behaviour several times, there simply is no war between the Paranid and HOP.

I hope this is temporary, can't be playing with a dead War Mechanic.
