[RES][#543][6.0 B1] Achievements not unlocking

Out of the 5 new achievements in beta 6.0 there are 3 achievements which can't be unlocked:
1-Overkill (Beta): working
2-Command and Control (Beta): working
3-Bob the Builder (Beta): not working
4-Friends in Low Places (Beta): not working
5-That's Mine Now (Beta): not working
you can use the following save to replicate issue #4 and #5, the save is a creative custom start + cheat mod that I used to fill the building storage for the station (for That's Mine Now ), you can turn in the active mission to unlock the black market contact on the station next to the player(for Friends in Low Places).
