Reflections appear where they really should not. See the hot planetoid thing reflecting the floor through the wall.

You may be interested in what Egosoft dev artist linolafett said about this a few years back in here.

Yeah, found out about the setting from you and it does make the game a bit prettier. My FPS can survive turning it on, but it does not fix the issue completely - there is still a bright orange splotch in the place of the reflection, and the bright flare at its center still shines through the wall.
