I discovered what I think is a related problem. I believe adding satellite coverage to a system is crashing the UI. I can repro:
1. Select New Game
2. Custom Game Editor (Budgeted)
3. Select Universe
4. Add satellite coverage to Argon Prime
5. Select Property
6. Add Fleet -> Select any ship -> Select any loadout -> Confirm
7. UI will crash and restart back to "Start Menu"

Workaround: Don't edit or add ships/fleets when any system has "satellite coverage" enabled.

Any chance of getting the asgard, syn and raptor BLUEPRINTS added to the budgeted start? I understand not being able to start in those sbips but blueprints should be fine IMO.

Got my budgeted start to a max of 106 million so far, is there a cap to how high it can go?

Interesting because thats my limit too exactly. Perhps that is the upper limit?

Also, the new values for faction relations is kind of annoying because I always set TRI as the paranid plot choice, and with the new values I can no longer set godrealm and hop to 27 for the paintmod :( (Will always be impossible to get because you can no longer raise rep with them).

If I create a simple trading station (TER: pier, dock, storage), it just named as "-sector- station" in the game. Not as "trading station".

Sorry, my fault. The name changes to trading station if I select a trading goods.

Potential Bug with setting player credits to "0"

To repro:
1. Set player credits in "0"
2. Export gamestart configuration.
3. Load gamestart configuration.
4. Notice player credits is now set to "100,000"

I did not notice a problem with other values. Seems very "edge case" but I figured I'd report it anyway.

Fixed in an upcoming build. Probably not in 4.10 though.

I Completed the YAKI story, to the point of getting to 'Heart for Pirates'. Yet on Custom Game start I only have the option DEFAULT for YAKI
