Found this in Atiyas Misfortune III. Nice little easter egg.

looks like something put a hole clean through it, though the blast pattern would indicate the explosion came from the inside. Or maybe I'm just reading too much into it. Either way, wonder what could have happened.

Reminds me of the sci-fi book I read "Rendezvous with Rama". Only in this case seems like Rama got intercepted and blown up.
