Just got my relationship to 20+ with the argon and for 10M credits i can buy a commercial licence. Since the wiki is empty, what is this licence about ?

The trade subscription? I havent bought it myself, but I would assume that it provides up to date trade related information on all Argon stations. This way your traders will always have up to date info without having to put satellites next to every (Argon) station
