Is there a list of mods which are incompatible?

So many good looking mods but little or no information which blend together and which won't.

I want to use many if not all mods. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Incompatible with what, exactly?

It would be easier to grab a consensus on the more popular mods first, and generally, it breaks down in to three categories.

Vanilla (Vanilla balance)

VRO (Variety Rebalance Overhaul)

SWI (Star Wars Interworlds)

Each will have their own separate list of what's compatible or not, generally UI changes like "Mules, Supplies, Warehouses" and "Custom Tabs" etc are compatibly with any build. Things that change or add ships likely will not be compatible with 2/3 of the above. Same with things that change or add wares, it really just depends.

If I were you, I'd base my search on recently released and recently updated mods above all else. Those are usually safe to mess around with. Read the descriptions, make sure it is (or is not) compatible with one of the base-three listed above.
