[MOD] Player Trade Buy Logbook Messages

Description
This will add an entry to the players logbook whenever one of their tradeships buys something

How difficult would it be to make this add sales? I understand java/python/c (you know, noob languages), and want to know when my miners sell stuff.

Pretty sure sales are already recorded in the logbook (including sales from miners).

Dang. I watched the thing dock, sell it's wares, my money went up... aaaaaand no log entry. of course, that was in 1.0, lets try it again in 1.2

Nice mod, can not understand why this feature is not vanilla.
Will only take it once the Workshop is established.

I think because this "vanilla" or "release" is only a good beta

When you don't realize the the lack of inclusion and/or implementation of what we would have liked to see in the "vanilla" and/or "release" does not at "beta" make, good or bad.

At the same time, the lack of having visual tools (graphs, for example) showing the the fluctuation of your credit accounts might be considered something necessary on a per instance basis (player, autotrader, station) could be the same thing. Would keep us from doing the out-of-game spreadsheets and what-not, right? Think Egosoft may have just focused on the profits, not the losses in respect to not logging the "losses".

I also have about 6 universe traders and 6 miners active.
Miners sell for ~20000cr every once in a while.
The least trader amount i have seen was ~200 bucks. The highest was something short of a million.

Now here is the deal:
According to this mod, my traders LOSE money EVERY run, yet I still make a few million credits an hour.
There is almost no way my 6 miners generate that much money all by themselves... so where does my money come from?

Maybe the buy prices this mod shows are wrong?
Maybe the sales prices this mod shows are wrong?
Maybe the green sales prices are net profits??? I read the log for a few minutes and are seriously confused. The numbers obviously do not add up.


Can anybody confirm or deny this?

My log also got stuck after I installed this mod.
To get it running again I had to hit the "clear all" button once.

Just confirmed it myself.

Patch 1.21 fixed a bug for AutoTraders trading at a loss.
Now the numbers of this mod show lots of profitssssssss and my income is trough the roof ever since.
Turns out my auto traders really did lose my hard earned money all game long and this mod did a great job after all :)
