Shield and Weapon Overhaul - AngEviL

I removed long shield regen delay, made shields between races quite different, greatly increased projectile speed, also hugely improved MK1 weapons but made them different than MK2 to give player choice. Thanks !

Hey, just wanted to share a batch file that executes x4 in debug mode, creating timestamped log files so you dont lose them.

basically generates and executes the game like this:

Yeah, I know. I wasn't planning to release this until Egosoft fixed the issue with _G being nil in UI addons (https://www.egosoft.com:8443/jira/browse/X4-41) but decided to go ahead with subst cats/dats and release it now so that people can enjoy the mod before it's made obsolete.
