The Trade Station sell price threshold used when price is set automatically also applies when the station sell price is set manually, which does not make any sense.
Reproduction:
- Place a trade station
- Add some ware that is available nearby and is in range, due to roundings its better to have something around few hundret credits value
- Set manuall buy and sell price
- set the buy price to a value that is satisfied by a nearby sell ofer, but make it just few credits above, eg. Hullparts sell offer 180cr, you buy for 190cr
- add a subordinate trader
Watch him not buy the ware even if the price is consistent low. Subordinate will only buy if the ware can drop even much further.
If you increase to let's say 200 or 210cr he will go and buy the 180cr offer.
Here behavior as the prices were sufficient enough, but subs did nothing, due to invisible threshold added:

Note: that behavior was even for half a hour waiting in sinca, reloading the game and changing the price instantly fixed the issue. The case is quite clear...

I dont have the same experience at all and I use Trade Stations all the time. Even went and made a trade station distribution network (Video with setup example here) and use narrow buy sell margins and Subordinates work as they should. From my experience if the sell buy price is met to what is defined and there is demand for it, subordinates will execute the trades. Often other factors are what impact trade offers and their execution.
In any case this is not easy to see from just 2 images. A save would be required for investigation.

I don't know why always this denial. I have this now confirmed by players and captured on video.

You should know that they ignore your buy price and aim for a lower price for margin, which does not make any sense if you set the price manually.

Nobody is "denying" anything; they are just explaining their own experience. If your experience is different then we need your savegame to see what's happening that's different there. Without that we can't determine whether it's working as intended or not, let alone fix it if not. Videos and images are great, but they don't allow us to see why something is happening and analyse it in depth.

Thanks for the save but you need to be more detailed in what your case is. I loaded it and all I see is you are in Windfall and there is not one trading station in it. You have you PHQ there but it doesn't have trades set up, all it has is storage. Please add the detail related to the save, thanks.

The save game should have a trade station which has trades configured. There is only one trade station and the HQ. Ignore the HQ.
In the thread I've linked we did intensive testing and video recording with Wraith (user). Wraith's assumption that the manager on the station does not see the faction discount was correct.
The issue is that when checking for a valid price the faction discount is ignored, but when the trade is executed the discount IS applied.
Also pay attention in the save there is dangerous zone in a blacklist set that prevented some of the trades in averice (this is not a bug). but changing the blacklist settings might take up to 40minutes in game for the manager to realize.
