[#1298][6.0 H5] screen shaking when ship hits something (accessibility issue)

cockpit shakes when there’s ship & station collision (usually during autopilot), and issue is when it goes on forever map also shakes, making it very hard to click on another ship and teleport away

this also happens when you sit in other then pilot chair, using the map is impossible when the ship hit something or gets stuck somewhere or gets shot....
