After CUB plot phase, Family Tkr turned neutral even though all admin stations were belonging to CUB. I've destroyed two admin stations built by FRF after the fact, and sector is still considered contested instead of transitioning ownership to CUB.
Attached save after all admin stations in sector belong to CUB. I've searched the sector to make sure there's no competing admin station anywhere (at least within reasonable range)
