Incomplete Info Box for Some Sectors

Some sectors do not have ownership or resource information when using either infobox (left/right) from the map. The relevant information is only shown in the Encyclopedia. See here.

I am using the GOG version of the game (vanilla 5.10). This initially happened with the Project Genesis start (savefile), but does also happen with other game starts.
