Initial game Lag - Resolved by running in windowed mode.

After returning from a break, I downloaded a fresh copy of X4.
When starting the game I see a refreshing icon in the lower right hand corner with a red line.
I am assuming the game is having some synchronization issues because even the starting menu is lagging. The lag is consistent when starting a new game.
Reset my settings to default and still the lag.
Running in admin mode. Still the lag.

How to submit files such as DxDiag, VulkanInfo, etc is in the sticky 'Read before Posting' at the the top of this forum. Summary: Upload them to a reputable public fileshare site (eg DropBox, GoogleDrive, etc) and post the open public sharing links here. If the link has an expiry deadline then please state it in the post.

I understand this ticket is marked as resolved, but I would enjoy the option to run in full screen mode again.
borderless window does not work either.

I suspect that the problem may be that you are using a custom or non-native graphics resolution or scaling that using windowed mode avoids, but I cannot really tell as those file links you added are password/account protected.
