after 10h runtime in 6.0 my game is slow, undocking is in extreme slow motion

the game basically stops or is so slow undocking takes 10 minutes my GPU is at 0% I can walk around in my ship but the simulation is like slow-mo, I leave the game open before sleep to get some trading progress on my station. Now it is unplayable. 3d is fast in 4K on my 2070super CPU is at 20% for the x4 task memory at 7,7GB 31% usage
