Bugged pilot chair after save loaded.

No mods. Last patch. English.

Upon player sit in pilot chair it stucks and blocks view.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Get out of the chair.
2) While chair rotates backwards -> make a save.
3) Reload that save.
4) When loaded get into the chair before npc pilot.
5) You got bugged chair.
