payment withdrawal, payment received same, continuous loop

payments received and payments withdrawn are the same, then a different amount which repeats received and withdrawn same amount, causing the total amount to remain the same until a mission is completed which works correctly, then the loop starts again, so the total amount only increases by the mission amount, at this time i have 13 sector traders and 10 expert miners, i have several saves from the previous days play which are ok.
